Go-To Outsourcing is seeking a Care Home Chef in Cardiff to be part of a small team responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to residents, including accommodating special dietary needs. Candidates should possess at least 12 months of experience as a head chef, relevant certifications, and a strong background in cooking English cuisine for groups of 30 or more. The role involves working with fresh produce, baking, and adapting meals based on residents' preferences, alongside managing a small kitchen team.
The position requires flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, typically in 8-10 hour shifts, with an expected workload of 20-30 hours per week.
