The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is seeking a Casework Administrator in Sale to support its dynamic and inclusive directorate. This role entails preparing cases, liaising with stakeholders, and providing comprehensive administrative support related to police complaints in England and Wales. As the first point of contact for the public and agencies regarding appeals, reviews, and police referrals, the administrator will manage incoming correspondence, maintain case files, and ensure all information is accurately documented and directed to the appropriate departments.

Key responsibilities include managing post, creating and updating case files within the Perito system, coordinating communication with police forces and the public regarding appeals and reviews, and processing various documentation.
