Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? At CrossReach, we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Workers. You’ll help provide short break activities and vital care for children and young people with complex physical and psychological needs, both in residential settings and in the community.

You’ll plan activities that bring joy and support each child’s unique needs, while also offering personal and emotional care to the highest standards. As a Keyworker, you’ll guide and empower young people, helping them to overcome challenges and access local services and leisure opportunities. You’ll work closely with families, team members, and other professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.

We’re looking for someone who is either already qualified to SVQ3 in Social Services (Children & Young People) and HNC level, or who is willing to work towards these qualifications. Experience working with children, young people, or adults is desirable, but above all, we value your compassion, integrity, and commitment to our Christian ethos.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
