The NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) is seeking a Patient Data Services Team Manager to oversee a team of approximately 8 staff members at their Edinburgh office, based at Gyle Square. This role involves managing daily operations to ensure the quality and timeliness of healthcare data available on the Community Health Index (CHI), facilitating accurate patient record transfers, and complying with Data Protection and confidentiality guidelines. Key responsibilities include responding to data queries, supporting CHI users, and addressing challenges from GP Practice staff and patients.

The position requires a strong focus on maintaining accurate patient demographic information, overseeing medical records movement, and undertaking report analysis for CHI improvement. The role operates under a hybrid working model, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Applicants must reside in the UK.
