Bluebird Care Isle of Wight is seeking Care Assistants to provide high-quality home care services in Newport. The role involves assisting customers with personal care, medication administration, and promoting their health and well-being. Candidates do not need prior experience but should be compassionate, caring, and patient. Essential requirements include a valid UK driving license, access to a car, right to work in the UK, and proficiency in English.
The position offers flexible full-time or part-time work schedules, an hourly rate of £12.20 (increasing to £13.20 on weekends and £24.40 on bank holidays), mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, and a supportive training and development program.
