The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant for its Children's Community Complex Care Team. This role involves providing support and care to children and young people with diverse healthcare needs, including those who are technology-dependent, in various community settings across Manchester. The successful candidate will join a team of registered nurses and carers, delivering high-quality care packages in partnership with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with varying abilities and health conditions.
  • Work flexibly across a 24/7 schedule.
  • Travel throughout the Manchester area (must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle).

Qualifications:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential.
  • Full-time positions are available, with part-time applicants also considered.
