NHS Scotland is seeking a Population Health Project Manager to join its Public Health Department in Midlothian's Partnership and Place team. This part-time role focuses on addressing social determinants of health and reducing health inequalities within the Lothian area. The successful candidate will lead the planning, management, and implementation of public health programs in collaboration with community planning partners and local communities, aligning with both local and national health priorities.

Candidates are expected to possess a degree in public health or a related field, along with experience in health improvement, project management, and strong partnership skills. NHS Scotland values diversity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, ensuring inclusive practices throughout the recruitment process. The role offers flexibility for part-time or job share arrangements, and there will be a transition to a 37-hour work week from April 2024, with appropriate adjustments made for part-time staff.
