Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Ward Clerk for the Children's Assessment Unit, offering a fixed-term position for 12 months at NHS Salary Band 2, approximately £18,892 per annum. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to patients and families. Key responsibilities include managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges at the ward reception desk, handling phone calls, answering queries, maintaining patient records, and performing general administrative tasks.
