West London NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Named Doctor Safeguarding Children and Young People. This position involves working closely with the Named Nurse to lead the strategic implementation of safeguarding initiatives across the Trust, ensuring compliance with responsibilities to protect children and young people. The successful candidate will be part of the Safeguarding Children Team, engaging with safeguarding advisers and specialists to deliver effective safeguarding practices.

The Trust is known for its diverse healthcare services, including mental health and physical care, and operates Broadmoor Hospital, one of the UK's top secure facilities. With a workforce of 4,500 and a significant percentage of staff identifying as BME, the Trust aims to support the evolving North West London Integrated Care System.
