PrimeLife Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team as Full Time Day Care Assistants at Birch Green in Skelmersdale. The role involves supporting 74 residents with various physical, age-related, and mental health conditions by assisting with personal hygiene, dining, mobility, and providing companionship. Candidates should embody patience, understanding, and respect for residents' individual needs, with an emphasis on fostering a dignified environment. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided, though a background in care or an understanding of dementia is advantageous.

Though prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable, this is not essential as full training is provided. Typically, our residents live with age related conditions, life-limiting health conditions and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. Additionally, many of our residents live with dementia and as such an understanding of dementia would be beneficial.
