NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Clerical Officer for Health Records to provide efficient administrative support within Mental Health Services. The role involves managing patient appointments for outpatient clinics, day cases, and inpatient admissions, ensuring the confidentiality and secure storage of health records. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining both electronic and paper-based patient records systems while ensuring accurate and up-to-date demographic information in the Patient Management System.

The ideal candidate should possess at least three standard grades or equivalent qualifications (including English), previous clerical and reception experience, and demonstrate strong computer and communication skills. This permanent position is based at Leverndale Hospital but may require coverage at other sites as needed. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00. Note that due to a high volume of applications, the post may close earlier than the stated date.
