Holmes Care Group is seeking a Care Assistant for a full-time position (38.5 hours per week) dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families. The role involves providing compassionate and high-quality care, supporting residents with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and engaging in daily activities to foster companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent care and support to residents
- Assist with various aspects of care, including emotional and physical support
- Guide and support family members
- Maintain effective communication and collaborate with team members
