The Aurora Group is seeking an Assistant Psychologist for their Hanley School in Stoke-On-Trent, which serves students aged 6 to 19 with complex communication and social difficulties, including those on the autism spectrum. The position is a full-time role during term time (39 weeks per year) with a salary range of £13.49 to £15.53 per hour. The successful candidate will work as part of the clinical team under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, providing and evaluating psychological support and collaborating with educational staff to foster the emotional and educational development of students.

Candidates should possess a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Psychology, experience working with children and young people (preferably in a special educational needs or mental health setting), and strong communication and organisational skills.
