The role of Support Worker at Bon Accord Care involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable individuals in their homes within Aberdeen City. The position, requiring 18 to 36 hours of work per week, emphasises empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to enabling service users to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
