Anson McCade is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a hybrid role based in Manchester, with an immediate start date in January. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, utilizing agile methodologies to enhance project delivery. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding team members, engaging with stakeholders, and transforming project visions into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. Candidates should possess strong user-centered design (UCD) experience, exposure to agile practices, and current Government Digital Service (GDS) experience.

Your New Role in a Snapshot:
- Inspiring and guiding your colleagues by supporting them in understanding the client's needs, explaining the broader context and getting buy-in.
- Provide team leadership and protect your team from unwanted distraction where possible, allowing them to focus solely on delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to create a project vision and translate into a roadmap & prioritised backlog.
- Communicating with an extremely diverse group of people, including experts in their field.
- Lead diverse a multidisciplinary team delivering work on behalf of one of our high profile clients

- Strong Agile Methodology Exposure
- Current GDS Experience
