Belong is seeking a Team Senior Carer to join their Newcastle Under Lyme location, where they provide innovative, person-centered care, particularly focusing on dementia care for older adults. The role involves delivering excellent personal care, medication management, cooking, and supporting residents to maintain their independence. The Team Senior Carer will also assist with care plan documentation and serve as a deputy for the Lead Senior Support Worker. What you will be doing... You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer.
