NHS England is seeking a Pharmacy Technician and Support Staff Lead for the North East and Yorkshire School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation in Leeds. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the development and delivery of training workstreams for pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring that the workforce is adaptable and aligned with patient care needs as outlined in the NHS Constitution. This position involves managing a variety of projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with various organisations, all aimed at improving healthcare services and reducing health inequalities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the North East and Yorkshire Regional Pharmacy team and collaborate with the National Pharmacy team and other stakeholders. Key duties include project management at a regional level, participating in senior meetings, conducting consultations, and overseeing budget management. The role is designed to support the broader goals of NHS England in delivering high-quality health services and enhancing workforce capabilities.
