University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking continuity team midwives for its Birth Centre and community services in London. The role involves leading midwifery teams that provide comprehensive care for women and their families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. Midwives will work collaboratively in local communities, supporting home births and delivering services at the birthing centre located within the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson wing. Additional responsibilities include being on-call for home births once or twice a month, working shifts that may include nights and weekends, and engaging in professional development and training initiatives.
