Kingsley Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for Park View, a premium nursing home located near Sefton Park, Liverpool. The role requires overseeing all daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for up to 56 residents, managing a skilled team, and meeting financial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support staff to foster a compassionate and empathetic culture.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain care standards.
  • Manage the home’s budget and develop marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy.
  • Build relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in managing a nursing home and knowledge of CQC standards.
