An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator in the Specialist Palliative Care Team at North Manchester General Hospital. This part time role is essential in supporting service delivery.

- To provide administrative support to the Specialist Palliative Care Team at North Manchester General Hospital.
- To be the first point of contact for health professionals, patients, families and carers.
- To develop, monitor and maintain record keeping systems and databases within the team.
- To act as a first point of contact with healthcare professionals within the Trust, from external organisations and with patients, families and carers.
- To maintain a professional approach when dealing with distressing and emotional situations.
- To recognise and expedite urgent concerns to the Team Lead, Nurse Specialists or the Consultant.
