The York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Nurse Specialist for their Neurology/Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Team, primarily based at York Hospital but requiring travel for home visits. The successful candidate will manage a defined caseload of MND patients, provide specialist nursing care, and contribute to the development of MND services. Essential skills include excellent communication, teamwork, and the capability to work independently. Candidates must be proactive, motivated, and willing to engage in ongoing professional development, with support from the MND and wider Neurology teams.

The role also entails assessing care needs, implementing care programs, leading service improvements, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
