Our client, a well-established family-run home care company in Edinburgh, is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure high standards of care are maintained and to oversee staff compliance with the SSSC code of practice. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, suggesting service improvements, and providing necessary training to staff. The Role
As Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the company and that staff are adhering to the SSSC code of practice. You will conduct regular risk assessments. You will suggest improvements to the service based on the audits and provide training support where required.
Our client is totally committed to continuing to provide an exceptional service and is seeking a Quality Manager who is keen to join them on their journey to help ensure that continuous improvements are made.
