The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician to join its Cancer Services team at the UCLH Macmillan Cancer Centre in London. This role involves providing a ward-based clinical pharmacy service for oncology and haematology patients, working collaboratively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of medicines management and facilitate timely patient discharges. The successful candidate will engage in medication counselling, support various clinical settings, and contribute to a well-integrated pharmacy service within the growing ambulatory chemotherapy practice.

Candidates should be organized and motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be registered as a pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Previous experience in medicines management at the ward level is advantageous.
