Care Outlook Community is seeking Healthcare Assistants in Newhaven to provide compassionate support to vulnerable and elderly individuals in their own homes across the East Sussex area. The role involves assisting clients with personal care tasks, light housekeeping, and maintaining observation records. Care Assistants will work flexible hours, with a guaranteed salary option of £28,700 for a 40-hour week and an hourly pay rate ranging from £13.00 to £15.00, enhanced for weekends and bank holidays. Additional benefits include a £500 welcome bonus, mileage reimbursement, a referral scheme, company-issued mobile phones, and comprehensive training for newcomers.
