NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker for the Balcurvie ward in Windygates, where the focus is on providing high-quality, person-centered care for older patients in a 20-bedded recovery and adaptation unit. Candidates should have experience in elderly care and possess strong organisational and communication skills. A relevant SVQ qualification is desirable, and successful applicants will have the opportunity to undertake SVQ2 or SVQ3, funded by NHS Fife, approximately nine months after starting. Additionally, mandatory training in moving and handling techniques, as well as other clinical skills, will be provided.

The role requires adherence to the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and proof of the right to work in the UK for non-UK nationals.
