Are you a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Practitioner seeking a fulfilling role where you can make a genuine difference? The Worthing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team is on the lookout for an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to take on the vital position of Community Mental Health Duty Worker. With usual hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, this role provides a balanced work-life dynamic.

As a Duty Worker, you’ll play a key role in managing urgent assessments and crisis situations, working closely with other health services and coordinating care where needed.
