Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
- Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
- Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
- Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
- Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
