NHS Scotland is seeking full-time Healthcare Support Workers to join its Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Kirkcaldy, based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital. Ideal candidates should possess experience working with older adults in mental health services or transferable skills, showcasing a positive and proactive approach. Responsibilities include providing person-centred care, collaborating within a team, and covering a wide geographical area while handling medical equipment. Support will be provided through comprehensive induction, managerial supervision, and opportunities for educational development, including funding for relevant SVQ qualifications.

The role offers flexibility, with part-time hours or job-sharing considered, and outlines a commitment to employee wellbeing and professional growth.
