The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rehab Assistant to join the Assessment Team in Trafford, ideally suited for someone experienced in community work with equipment or adaptations. The role involves managing a personal caseload, providing support with fitting equipment, training patients and caregivers on safe usage, and conducting joint visits with specialists. The assistant will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and maintain independence, as well as participate in team activities, service developments, and administrative tasks related to therapeutic equipment.
