Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses for a new PICU unit at the Harbour in Blackpool. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and keen to join a dynamic, evolving team focused on the needs of service users. The role offers opportunities for flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work/life balance, including options for part-time, term time, and compressed hours, within service requirements.
As a Band 5 Nurse, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team, engaging in a range of clinical responsibilities and receiving support from a Band 6 Nurse Specialist. Key tasks include providing nurse leadership, maintaining professional accountability, and participating in the trust's Preceptorship programme. A £3,000 welcome bonus is available for eligible new hires who have not worked for an NHS provider in the Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care System in the last 12 months.

You will exercise professional accountability and responsibility using skills, knowledge and expertise in changing environments, across clinical boundaries and in unfamiliar situations as outlined within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
