Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Art Psychotherapist (Band 7) for its Adult Inpatient Psychological Services Team in Colchester. This part-time position (0.5 WTE) involves providing specialist arts psychotherapy interventions to adults experiencing acute mental health crises and those with rehabilitation needs. The successful candidate will work across multiple inpatient wards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, deliver, and evaluate individual and group art psychotherapy sessions. The role also includes contributing to service development, training trainees, and engaging in audits and research.

The role offers a Recruitment Retention Premia (RRP) of 20% for two years, alongside opportunities for professional development and flexible working arrangements. Applicants should hold a relevant qualification and registration with HCPC or UKCP (for dance/movement practitioners).
