Job description
Would you like to join a progressive, award winning, and multi-disciplinary team spearheading innovative practices in the treatment of eating disorders?
We are looking for an administrator with good IT skills to join our administration team; you will be an excellent communicator as you will be the first point of contact for people with eating disorders attending our outpatient clinic.
The post-holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality reception service for the busy eating disorder out-patient clinic and day service at Maudsley Hospital. They will also work with other administrative colleagues in order to support the Eating Disorders teams by undertaking typing of appointment letters, and other suitable administrative tasks. They will need to be able to prioritise their workload and use their own initiative when dealing with queries from health professionals and members of the public, promoting the professional and caring image of the services.
The Eating Disorder Unit (EDU) is internationally renowned for providing best practice, evidence-based care for adults with the full range of eating disorder difficulties.
