The Patient Pathway Coordinator at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust will lead the administration team within the ENT and OMFS department across Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital. This dynamic role involves day-to-day management of a diverse admin team, ensuring high standards of patient care are delivered around the clock. The Coordinator will oversee clinical administration for head and neck cancer patients and support the management team in achieving performance targets while liaising effectively with medical staff, patients, and various departments to optimize patient flow and ensure compliance with Trust standards.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and administrative skills, preferably within a healthcare environment, and will be responsible for training staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and monitoring patient pathways.
