We are in the fortunate position of attracting many new members of staff to our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service over the past couple of years. We are proud of the developments we have been able to achieve together as a growing multidisciplinary service. There is an energy and optimism that we can continue to see our service grow and continually improve for the children and young people we serve, but there is a lot of work still to do. We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic applicant to join our service as an Assistant Psychologist.
Our assistant psychologists support service delivery across all of our teams, and so should expect to have a varied workload, supported by an experienced Clinical Psychologist. Whilst we have many different specialties within our service, we have the advantage of all being located in The Phoenix Centre, next to Raigmore Hospital, providing opportunity for both support and learning from colleagues across the service.
The Highlands are a playground for those loving the outdoors. If you are not active coming here, you run the risk of becoming that way! There is stunning geography for you to explore but also urban amenities like Eden Court Theatre, restaurants, bars and shops in Inverness. If you enjoy (or see the benefit even!) of loch swimming, there are opportunities to go after work with the hardier members of our team.
