Job Summary

We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Systems Team at Harrogate District Foundation Trust. In partnership with our chosen supplier, we have embarked on our digital excellence journey to implement an Electronic Patient System (EPR) system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and staff by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools.

The Patient Systems Trainer will be part of a specialist team of multi skilled Digital professionals responsible for the delivering training to colleagues to facilitate the use of the new EPR.

Main duties of the job

Patient Systems Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both a trainer and E-Learning package creator in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users.

The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you may sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions.

You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of training and promoting the importance of high quality learning to users.

The creation of structured lesson plans and educational E-Learning packages will also be required.
