The Endoscopy Nurse Lead/Unit Manager at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in Nuneaton will assume both clinical and managerial responsibilities for the Endoscopy Unit. This permanent, full-time role involves leading a nurse-led endoscopy service, conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures like colonoscopies and flexible sigmoidoscopies, interpreting results, and coordinating further investigations. The candidate will also manage their workload autonomously, delegate tasks effectively, and engage in team communication to ensure comprehensive patient care.

In addition to clinical duties, the role requires overseeing resource management, ensuring staffing adequacy for procedures, and maintaining service quality through budget management and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
