Job description
We are looking for an autonomous lead midwife for Fetal Surveillance who can work collaboratively with the Fetal Surveillance Obstetric Lead and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Are you a proactive leader with a passion for improving this aspect of care and/or experience of fetal surveillance training and education?
Do you have an ability to change and adapt your teaching style and subject matter according to service and individual needs?
Are you enthusiastic and committed and have the desire to share learning in a Just Culture?
Do you have strong clinical leadership background and facilitation skills?
If so come and join the Quality and Safety Team in Maternity Services at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
