The Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Inventory Manager for their Inventory Management service, based primarily at Wansbeck General Hospital and covering Hexham General Hospital. The role involves overseeing the Inventory Team across two hospital sites, ensuring effective and efficient inventory management in wards, departments, and theatres. The Inventory Manager will report to the Head of Operations, be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing staff absences, and conducting staff appraisals and training. Additionally, the Manager will engage with clinical staff, promote a collaborative leadership culture, and facilitate effective communication and team dynamics within the Trust.
