Please be aware, the interview will be a Interview Morning session that will involve a 20 question basic numeracy & Literacy test within a time limit. The session needs to be attended in person and cannot be facilitated virtually. You will assist the Trust to maintain high standards of cleanliness on the wards and departments and be expected to deliver a quality cleaning service throughout the hospital in various areas from Theatres, to ward areas or public areas such as corridors & public toilets working alongside our clinical and other non-clinical colleagues to make a positive contribution to our patients and staff experience. The Housekeeping team deliver housekeeping services 247 within the Trust and you should possess excellent people skills, have a good command of both spoken and written English, and an ability to communicate well with others. You should be an enthusiastic team player with a positive "can-do" attitude. You will be hard working, committed person with a keen eye for detail and a fully flexible approach towards your work.
