EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT MIDWIFERY MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NMC ROLE MODEL
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a committed and skilled Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse for its busy Emergency Department, which serves over 120,000 patients annually. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient safety and timely service. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will maintain high standards of nursing practice under the supervision of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, while also participating in teaching programs and supporting junior staff.

In addition, the role requires an adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, involvement in the assessment and delivery of nursing care, and the willingness to assume leadership in the absence of senior staff.
