The Deputy Service Manager at Quay Health Solutions CIC will oversee the Enhanced Access Service (EAS) for patients registered with North Southwark Primary Care Network member practices, operating from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Sunday, including Bank Holidays. This role is essential for developing and testing new services to enhance patient utilisation and appropriateness within the local community, in collaboration with the EAS Clinical Lead GP. The position involves managing daily operations, resolving service issues, ensuring supply adequacy, and supporting clinical and administrative tasks linked to the GP Care Home practice.

Key responsibilities include deputizing for the QHS Service Manager, contributing to service improvement meetings, and overseeing the smooth functioning of various operational aspects such as referrals, patient registrations, and clinical data entry. The role requires proactive engagement in service management and continuous development of the EAS to meet community needs effectively.
