We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Locality Therapy Team. The successful individual will be based at Bridgnorth Community Hospital. They will join an enthusiastic and supportive multi-disciplinary team in providing high quality care and rehabilitation.
The successful individual must have an interest and experience in Community rehabilitation and be able to work as an autonomous practitioner. The post holders' main responsibilities will be providing occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation to patients in Community, who have a wide range of conditions and complex needs. They will be working alongside colleagues to contribute to safe and effective Treatment plan within the Community Setting.
We have a strong commitment to clinical supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), offering a supportive and proactive environment with opportunities for supervision, training and peer support, both locally and County wide. This post will be involved in supervision of junior staff, rehabilitation technicians and students.
