The role of Assistant Practitioner in Mammography at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves working under the supervision of a senior radiographer as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide routine mammography investigations in line with the NHS Breast Screening Program. Responsibilities include performing mammography examinations, assisting in the operational tasks of the Breast Radiology department, conducting quality assurance tests on equipment, managing patient information, and executing clerical duties.
