MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS NMC
The Community Mental Health Practitioner role within the Harrogate Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust involves providing assessment and treatment for children and young people experiencing mental health issues. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated nursing professional with NMC registration and experience in delivering high-quality planned care. Key responsibilities include collaborating with children, young people, their families, and other agencies, while focusing on psychologically informed brief interventions and managing complex cases.
