  • Total triage AI-driven online system based on clinical prioritisation
  • Sustainable rotas - 14x15min F2F and TC contacts per session for higher quality consults and better work environment
  • Newly qualified - first 3 months 10-12 x 15 min appt sessions
  • Flexible work schedule /session times / rotas to be family-friendly and accommodate clinicians' workload priorities

  • Active 1:1 mentorship experienced GPs, F2F and inhouse Whatsapp support group and annual appraisals

Able to contribute to the provision of a full and comprehensive primary care service to patients of Riverside, responding to medical problems presented by patients

Able to provide appropriate preventative health care and advice.

Participate in clinical governance activity and contributing to the improvement in quality of health outcomes through the practices audit programme.

Clinically related administrative and non-clinical duties as necessary

Engage in appropriate educational activity in order to maintain clinical competence and performance, including the completion of objectives agreed by yourself and the practice in an annual Personal Development Plan.

Participating in the training and development of nurses, GP registrars in the practice, when appropriate.
