The role includes providing comprehensive primary care services, preventive health care advice, and participating in clinical governance to improve health outcomes. Candidates will also be involved in the training and development of nursing staff and GP registrars. The practice, which serves approximately 23,000 patients, comprises a dedicated team including GP partners, salaried GPs, and advanced nurse practitioners, and is well-supported by external resources such as social prescribers and clinical coordinators. - Total triage AI-driven online system based on clinical prioritisation
- Sustainable rotas - 14x15min F2F and TC contacts per session for higher quality consults and better work environment

Good support from PCN social prescribers, cancer coordinator, mental health practitioner and Admiral nurse.
Able to contribute to the provision of a full and comprehensive primary care service to patients of Riverside, responding to medical problems presented by patients
Able to provide appropriate preventative health care and advice.
Participate in clinical governance activity and contributing to the improvement in quality of health outcomes through the practices audit programme.
Clinically related administrative and non-clinical duties as necessary
Engage in appropriate educational activity in order to maintain clinical competence and performance, including the completion of objectives agreed by yourself and the practice in an annual Personal Development Plan.
Participating in the training and development of nurses, GP registrars in the practice, when appropriate.
