The East Midlands Cancer Alliance (EMCA) is seeking a Programme Manager to enhance cancer care and outcomes across the East Midlands, working closely with the NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board. This role involves leading and managing key programmes that align with national strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with a proven background in programme or project management, particularly in complex care pathways and stakeholder engagement.

As Programme Manager, you will develop strategic plans, oversee complex projects, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. You will play a crucial role in addressing disparities in cancer outcomes, enhancing access to treatments, and promoting early detection initiatives, ultimately contributing to the NHS Long Term Plan's goals of reducing cancer mortality and improving survival rates in the region.
