We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Support Worker to join our Community Behaviour Support Service (CBSS) in the North East!
This is a part-time role, contracted at 22.5 hours per week.
Due to the travel requirements of this role, it is essential that you are a driver with access to your own car.
As a key member of the Community Behaviour Support Service, you will be working in the community with families and nursing home staff caring for people with dementia. By giving practical advice and handson support, our team aims to reduce the impact of these challenges on caregivers and, where possible, prevent the challenges from happening in the first place.
The role will involve some aspects of lone working with support and guidance from qualified staff. You must therefore be capable of independent travel.
