We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, motivated individual who will share our ethos of commitment to high quality of care in a long established practice.
Experience in Primary Care and Long Term condition Management is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate some experience of working in a Primary Care or similar setting.
We understand that not all applicants will have all the long term condition qualifications but you will need to be able to demonstrate you can deliver some of these standard reviews as this is part of our core service. Training can be discussed at interview.
A smear taker would an advantage however, we will be able to arrange this training if required.
We are lucky to have skilled HCA's working in practice so standard reviews and appointments such as bloods, BP checks, ECG's 24hr BP, dressings and other basic routine appointments are usually provided by our HCA's.
