Main Duties:
Oversee the provision of high-quality person-centred clinical support and interventions for all people supported, in line with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements and other statutory bodies.
Identify priorities and manage resources effectively to ensure that the quality of care delivered is maintained and improved.
Active leadership of all colleagues within the clinical team to ensure delivery of high quality care and support.
Conduct supervision, competency assessment and appraisals for the nursing/clinical team. Creating innovative plans for development and high performance.
Take the lead role in the management of clinical interventions ensuring practices are in line with company policies and other statutory guidance.
Flexibility to undertake any other duties that might be consistent with your role at the request of any Senior Manager.

A cheerful and positive thinking Nurse whose experience covers Complex Care including tracheostomy care, ventilation (including invasive & non-invasive) gastrostomy care, catheter care, colostomy care and others.

A team player with good organisational skills.
ESSENTIAL:
This position requires a driver, with use of your own vehicle for work purposes
