Hours per week: 37.5   To assist in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients at East Cheshire NHS Trust through the provision of a safe, efficient and effective dispensary and distribution service.   This role is for a ward-based ATO role were the duties will include      Assessing patient's own medications.   Ordered patient medications.   Assisting in the processing of discharge prescriptions at ward level.   Optimisation of medicines supplies to prevent wastage.
